But your "just do it myself" mentality can cause you to take on MORE than you can handle - and you hate asking for help or (gasp!) missing deadlines.

1) Jumping in to SAVE THE DAY when things go awry - then feeling stressed out and resentful because others aren't stepping up.

2) NOT delegating or asking for help - because it seems easier to do it yourself than to teach someone to do things the way you want them to. 

3) When you DO delegate, your desire for control causes you to MICROMANAGE - which causes yours (and others') stress levels to rise even MORE.
