I understand that my coaching session must be consumed within 45 days of purchase. Coaching sessions not consumed within 45 days of purchase will be forfeited without refunds.
I understand that I am responsible for scheduling my session using the scheduling link that will be provided to me in a confirmation email that will be sent to me upon submission of payment. I also understand that session availability varies and that failure to schedule in a timely manner may impact availability of sessions.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
I understand that I may cancel and reschedule my scheduled appointment ONCE. The request must be made by using the rescheduling link provided in the confirmation of scheduling email that was sent to me. The request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and must be scheduled to an available date and time that is within the 45-day use period. If I cannot reschedule to an available date and time within the 45-day use period, I forfeit the coaching session.
APPOINTMENT NO SHOW POLICY:
I understand that if I schedule an appointment and do not show up for the appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time, I forfeit the coaching session.
Requests to reschedule or cancel a session with fewer than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no show and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
I understand that there are no refunds.
APPLICATION OF SESSION TO FUTURE COACHING PACKAGE:
I understand that if I sign up for a six-month coaching package within 7 days of the use of the initial session, the single session fee will be applied toward the six-month coaching package and the single session will count as the first session in the six-month coaching package.
